Equipment Configuration

2 sets of vibratory bowl feeding systems, 2 sets of 4-axis robots, 2 sets of material preparation machinery, CCD mold monitors, corresponding tooling jigs, plus injection molding machines (to be supplied by customer) and other accessories.

Working Principle of Equipment

The vibratory bowls neatly arrange the inserts; Robot No.1 performs material preparation, servo modules complete material transfer, and Robot No.2 places inserts into the injection molding machine. The whole process is monitored by CCD mold monitors before injection molding takes place.
